I still value the precision and heart of alignment-based yoga, but I’ve learned that real balance isn’t found by holding perfect poses — it comes from learning how to move, breathe, and adapt with awareness.
In these sessions, we use yoga as a tool to restore your body’s natural rhythm.
You’ll learn how to breathe into movement, find stability through asymmetry, and build strength without overstretching. Each class connects breath, posture, and nervous-system awareness so you leave feeling centered, calm, and supported from the inside out.

Move from your true center — not just your abs, but your diaphragm, ribs, and deep stabilizers. This mid-day class combines functional strength, mindful flow, and breath integration to help you feel strong, centered, and in control.

Expect grounded yet dynamic movement that improves coordination, posture, and full-body awareness while connecting breath, spine, and core for balanced stability and mobility.

Each session builds on what we explore in class, helping you apply breath, alignment, and movement strategies in your home practice, workouts, and everyday activities.
