Service Description

Tests and range of motion measurements will be taken to assess bone alignment and muscle functionality. This will inform your massage, breathing and movement exercises to recalibrate your pelvis, hips, and spine. This will reduce muscular and structural compensation and prevent pain, injuries, and surgeries while significantly reducing demands on your nervous system.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, fail to cancel, or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged for the originally scheduled time, or your gift certificate will be considered redeemed. Thank you for respecting my time and energy. I look forward to seeing you soon!
