Service Description
A mobility massage involves assisted stretching, joint movement, and trigger point therapy. Sometimes called "passive yoga," a mobility massage helps restore joint health and relieve aches and pains while rejuvenating your spirit. A mobility massage is performed on a table while clothed. (Please wear loose or stretchy clothing.)
